To customize the fields, simply open any contact page and click on the field you want to modify. You can change the name, add new properties, or delete existing ones. For example, if you need a custom field for “Lead Source” or “Contract Value”, just add a new property (e.g., a text or number field) and label it accordingly. To modify the layout or appearance, click on "Properties" in the gallery view and adjust which fields are visible.
Tip: If you create new fields, remember to update any views (like "By Company" or "By Location") to ensure they display properly.
In the “Interaction & Relationship” section, you can use the "Next Follow-Up" field to schedule follow-up dates. You can also add Reminders under this section for any specific dates (like “Follow up on proposal by May 20th”) to stay on top of important interactions.
Additionally, you can set up Notion’s built-in reminder system to send you a notification when the follow-up date arrives.
Tip: To make sure you don’t forget, consider setting daily or weekly check-ins to review all reminders for the week ahead.
